Unemployment has been one of the toughest challenges in today’s world and a major impediment for the future generations to come. The problem of unemployment is also felt when the rural communities are forced to migrate to the urban areas in search of livelihood. This forced migration has resulted in a high concentration of rural poverty.

The Achari Foundation has been actively working on this social cause and consistently encourages the youth through informal discussions so that it's easier to find a job that suits them and make them aware of certain vocational training so that they sustain themselves in becoming a part of the global competition.
